With the present form it is possible to ask for the registration on-line to one or more competitions.

In alternative to the use of the registration form on-line it is possible to download the form to print and to send by post or e-mail to Crespi Bonsai; form and information are available to the page “Registration form".

It is possible to participate more than one competition, but it is not possible to submit more than a Bonsai, pot or suiseki for every competition.

The demands of registration will come successively examined in function of the regulations of every competition and, in case of accepted demand, you will receive appropriate communication of acceptance with the relative information in merit.

We ask you to insert your personal identifying data, giving particular attention to the obligatory fields marks with asterisk.

After to have send the data, you will receive an e-mail of automatic confirmation of reception on which you will find the e-mail address to which sending in attached a photo of the work or the works (plant, pot or suiseki) that wish to submit.

It is necessary fill in only the sections relative to the competitions to which you wish to participate, leaving empty the others.

With the sending of the present form, I authorize the treatment of my personal data as foresee from Italian Law (Dlgs n. 196/2003 - Notes on the Privacy).
